Returns
If you are not satisfied with your IMPMarine.com purchase, return it in its original condition and packaging with the original receipt within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase. Contact regarding the return must be made within this fourteen (14) calendar day period, and the item must be received by IMP Marine within thirty (30) calendar days of the original date of purchase. All freight charges in regards to returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Please indicate whether you wish a refund or exchange and we will issue a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). If the item is returned unopened, in the original box, we will exchange it or offer a refund based on the original purchase price excluding freight using the original payment method. Except where prohibited, a 15% restocking fee will apply to any non-defective item that requires IMP Marine to perform rework prior to resale. Special order and custom cut/modified items can not be returned. All freight charges in regards to returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Pricing
If IMP Marine reduce its online advertised price on any product within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase, you may request a refund of the difference between the price paid and the current selling price. An original purchase receipt is required, and you must request your refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the price reduction.

Export Notice
Products are subject to foreign export control laws and regulations and must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, or used in compliance with such export laws and regulations.

Holiday Gift Return Policy
Gift items purchased between December 1st and December 31st, can be exchanged with an original receipt through the first week of January. If the item is returned in the original packaging, unopened, with the original receipt, we will exchange it. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, including the original freight cost. All other standard purchase policies apply.

Error-Related Refunds
If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit up to the original invoice price including freight.
